We may also disclose data where required by law, or to protect our rights, users or the Service.

5. International transfers

Some of our providers (such as Stripe, Cloudflare and Loops) may process data on servers outside the UK, including in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards — such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum and Standard Contractual Clauses — so that your data remains protected to UK standards.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active and you use the Service. If you delete a profile or your account, we delete or anonymise the associated personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep certain records longer to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations, or to resolve disputes. Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. You can also delete a viewer profile, change your email, or turn coaching emails on/off directly in the app's profile settings. We will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or by calling 0303 123 1113. We'd appreciate the chance to address your concerns first.

8. Children

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. A household account holder is responsible for any additional viewer profiles they create. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Cookies and similar technologies

Our marketing website uses only the minimal storage needed to remember your language choice; it does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. The TV app stores a secure sign-in token on your device so you don't have to log in every time. It does not use advertising trackers.

10. How we protect your data

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), signed and time-limited video links, hashed PINs, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify you and the ICO of any breach where legally required.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Please review it periodically.
